OnePlus 5 Expert Review

Is OnePlus 5 Worth The Money?

The OnePlus 5 have some small overall upgrades when compared with the OnePlus 3 and 3T, but the upgrades are only a little bit compared to the previous lineup. While the new offering from OnePlus can be seen as an evolution in the OnePlus line-up, but for the prospective buyers, it's a tricky affair as to whether they should upgrade to this new product or not.

Verdict
When looking at the new OnePlus 5 and inspecting the new features individually we can see that there are some small upgrades done here and there but somehow it all feels similar to that of OnePlus 3 and 3T. The OnePlus have sincerely wanted to make things better than the previous lineup but missed some things here and there, anyhow we can hope that the next OnePlus 6 will get all the refinement the OnePlus 5 is lacking...READ FULL REVIEW HERE

the phone's out of the box experience is breath taking, it feels so light, great design, dash charging is so convenient for us who hardly stay at home or some place to plug the phone into, with Adreno 540GPU its a blessing for all the gamers out there, with 8GB RAM there is no lag at all. Amazing camera quality, portrait and landscape. it s a good buy

The OnePlus 5 is outstanding, especially for the price; no other phone gives you the same bang for the buck.

It is a great phone, cant wait to get one

it is said to have the Snapdragon 835 processor, undoubtedly it should be a phone with no lagging at all. It should be a great pick and the price is not that steep

It has the Qualcomm's fastest processor after Sony Xperia XZ Premium and HTC U11

Optical zooming is only 1.6 where the company demands to be 2.0

Don't talk about brand value. One plus is as good in quality when compared with Apple. People don't have brains.

Iphone 6s and OnePlus 5? Why u guys get a life. You can buy a laptop and a budget smartphone with this amount. Apple will soon launch iphone8 and OnePlus knows they failed in camera section of the new phone.

OnePlus 3T is better compared to this phone. This Oneplus 5 lacks authentic design and looks like a copy of iPhone 7. Why should a company copy design. If they can't come up with good design, then don't make fake products. Oneplus is cheating customers by giving an iphone look alike. The dual camera is utter failure and i guess company knows this phone will be a flop thats why they decided to make it look like iphone. Very bad product. Better buy Samsung s8 than this fake phone

I personally think oneplus is better than iphone 6s. The apple will stop giving support as soon as a new device kiks in. But oneplus runs on android and even if the smartphone don't get official update. It will have unofficial android update by android developers all over the world and that is the power of open source.

Excellent display

Will I get any offer for OnePlus 5? Should I wait for any deal period? Rs. 33k looks slightly on the higher side.
By on 22-06-2017
I personally think the dual camera is a copy of the iPhone, and the price is big too.

Hey Rohith. Both Apple and OnePlus are made in China. Then what made you say Apple has much better brand value???
By on 22-06-2017
Better buy Apple iPhone 6S. Its similar priced and have a much better brand value.
