I bough the Xiaomi Mi 5 less than a month back from Amazon in order to review the same for my blog My review was done in 10 days and since then the phone is lying inside it's box which has all the accessories intact - charging cable power adaptor and even the sim ejector tool
The phone is the same as a new device but since the box is opened am selling it at a discount And it is way better to buy my phone rather than buying a used / refurbished smartphone as mine has atleast 11 months of Xiaomi warranty and has hardly been used
I also installed an original back skin from GadgetShield which is worth Rs 800 but you can keep it for free Also i have installed the latest MIUI 8 on it which will save you the time
Talking about the specs it comes with a Snapdragon 820 CPU (the same one you'll find on devices like the Galaxy S7 Oneplus 3 LG G5 etc) along with a 3GB RAM 5-inch screen and a superb 16-megapixel rear camera with OIS and even 4K video recording
