As Xiaomi released their list of smartphones for the latest OS update, they hadn't included the name of Redmi Note 4 in the list. Interestingly, this device was launched in January in India with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and MIUI7 user interface. The interface has been upgraded to MIUI8 in August, meanwhile, the company is not giving the OS upgrade to this device, which had created a wide apathy among the users.
