The South Korean Smartphone manufacturer, LG has launched LG G6+ on today, 19 Jun 2017 after it successful predecessor LG G6. The company is aiming for the premium smartphone segment with the launch of their G-series smartphones.
LG G6+ has a 5.7-inch QHD 18:9 FullVision display with scratch-resistant glass and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone is made of Glass and Aluminum combined with a metal housing, the display has a pixel density of 561 PPI and possesses a less-bezels with an impressive scree-body ratio of 79.47 %.
LG G6+ has Dual-camera having 13-megapixels with 125-degree viewing angle, F2.4 aperture Optical Image Stabilization, Autofocus with Phase detection and a CMOS image sensor. It has a front camera that takes pictures in 5 megapixels at wide angles.
LG G6+ is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 MSM8996 Pro with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage. It has a dedicated microSD slot which supports up to 2000 GB. The smartphone comes with a 3300 mAh non-removable battery and supports wireless charging.And as per a statement made by the company, the exact dates of availability of the software update will commence soon and the LG G6+ will run on Android 7.0 and will have software updates to latest Android.
