The Chinese multinational giant Huawei launched their Y7 Prime smartphone in Hong Kong. The Huawei Y7 Prime comes with a 5.5-inch IPS HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels with a pixel density of 267 PPI. The smartphone and feels light weight and is only about 165 grams. The smartphones run on Android 7.0 with EMUI 5.1 on top, and EMUI is a User Interface designed by Huawei.
Huawei Y7 Prime is powered by the Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435 octa-core processor, clocked at 1.4GHz coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. A dedicated microSD slot is also provided and is expandable up to 128GB storage.
In the camera section, the rear camera has a 12MP shooter and an 8MP front camera for selfies. The smartphone comes with 4G technology and has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for added protection.
The company has introduced the Enjoy 7 Plus, in China which shared the same specifications, and also including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor but only with a 5MP front camera compared to the 8MP front camera of Huawei Y7 Prime showcased in Hong Kong.
