The new desktop client will have major improvements over the slow loading Google Drive and the Photo App, the new client will have more features and provide flexibility and this will make things easy for the users. Google wrote on its blog, “Just choose the folders you want to backup, and we’ll take care of the rest.” Backup and Sync is available through Google Drive and Google Photos for download. The'Backup and Sync' desktop client will be much faster when syncing files over the internet and is available for download for both the Mac and Windows now.
