Ubisoft; a major game development company based in France, in a recent blog post, announced their plan of releasing a free-to-play strategy Role Play Game (RPG) based on the franchise - Assassin's Creed Rebellion.
The company is developing the game in collaboration with Behaviour Interactive studio and have plans to release it for both Android and iOS platforms. The blog published on Tuesday reads that "The game offers an unique Assassin’s Creed visual experience thanks to a new artistic direction, presenting familiar faces in a new light while remaining faithful to the series."
Ubisoft adds some backgroud details of the game in the blog that reads the line "Set in Spain during the height of the Inquisition, Assassin’s Creed Rebellion lets you build out your Brotherhood HQ with new rooms that enable you to train your Assassins and craft new items and equipment," and also added "Giving players the chance to build their own Assassin Brotherhood, manage a fortress, and engage in covert missions against the Templars, Assassin's Creed Rebellion brings together a roster of more than 40 Assassins,".
The Assassin's Creed Rebellion can be played on Android devices with a hardware specification ranging from OS version Android 4.1 or later with at least 2 GB of RAM. And in the case of iOS, the game support for devices running iOS 8 or later.
