Last week, Essentials, a company run by one of the co-founders of Android, announced the launch of a secret smartphone they have been working on through their official Twitter page. Andy Rubin, the co-founder and the man behind the company, reveals a less-bezel design smartphone by posting a first look teaser picture on Twitter confirming the looks of the smartphone having some version of Android running on it.
Company's official Twitter page confirmed the release date as May 30th, but the specification and details aren't revealed yet.

Former Google CEO and the Executive Chairman of Alphabet, Inc., Eric Schmidt confirmed it with a retweet and that too on the same day when Samsung unveiled their Galaxy S8 which makes this a little obvious, as this mysterious smartphone may compete with the likes of the Apple and Samsung and a bunch of other players in the smartphone market.
When hours after the Essentials tweeted their release date, they also posted an image which shows a somewhat one handheld smartphone with a look alike attached VR/AR Camera. It's no surprise that Essentials working on VR and AR, as many companies are also working on that technology.
Andy Rubin in his previous posts gave hints on a new technology they are working on, and it may include 360-degree video recording capability, but the real mystery will unveil as Essentials is all set to launch it by tomorrow.
