The desire 400 is a mid-sized smartphone from HTC powered with Dual SIM standby support. The gadget follows the same design pattern of the rest smartphones in the Desire series. Powerful processor, enough memory space, cool camera makes the device one of the best in the class. Still, it misses something. Being attached to the mid-sized smartphone category, HTC forgot to couple a front camera which would have been a bonus for the Desire 400 Dual.
