Today i installed back jelly protector on my samsung a52s Shop keeper

Today i installed back jelly protector on my samsung a52s
Shop keeper turn on lighter fire on jelly protector i stoped him but he said in this way it gonna be more tight and fit..
Still my mobile is compelety working fine
But in future Does this demage my mobile phone?
I m worried now
